“Unlock” button is not working<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The Unlock button doesn’t unlock the content?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Check if you have a <\/a>subscription on SubscribeStar<\/a> of the same category as the post, or a higher one to unlock the content in \u041a\u043b\u0443\u0431 \u043f\u043e\u043a\u0440\u043e\u0432\u0438\u0442\u0435\u043b\u0435\u0439<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    As example: The SubscribeStar Platinum Tier is unlocking everything in Platinum Club<\/a> and lower categories, but VIP Club<\/a> is still locked.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Try to click “Refresh” button to refresh the page<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to use “Refresh” button<\/em><\/summary>\n

    The “Refresh” button<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Under the Unlock with SubscribeStar<\/strong> button you’ll see two small links: Refresh<\/strong> \u0438 Help<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Refresh<\/strong> reloads the post and shows it exactly as it is right now for your SubscribeStar account: unlocked if you have the required tier, or the reason why it’s still locked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When to use it<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Click Refresh<\/strong> if the post looks wrong or out of date, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • You’ve already unlocked this post (in another tab, window or device), but this tab still says Locked<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You pressed the browser’s Back<\/strong> button and got an old version of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You just changed your tier on SubscribeStar and the page hasn’t noticed yet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The page shows an error message and you want to try again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      How to use it<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      1. Scroll to the locked box at the bottom of the post.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click Refresh<\/strong>. The page reloads and jumps back to the same box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Read the result:\n
          \n
        • Unlocked<\/strong> \u2014 you’re done, the full post is above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Still locked, with a message<\/strong> \u2014 the message tells you what’s missing:\n
            \n
          • “Your subscription is $X. This post requires the \u2026 tier ($Y) or higher”<\/em> \u2014 your current tier is too low. Click Upgrade on SubscribeStar<\/strong>, change your tier, come back and click Unlock with SubscribeStar<\/strong> again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • “Your SubscribeStar subscription is not active”<\/em> \u2014 subscribe (or renew) on SubscribeStar, then click Unlock with SubscribeStar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • “We couldn’t verify your subscription”<\/em> \u2014 a temporary problem talking to SubscribeStar. Wait a minute and click Unlock with SubscribeStar<\/strong> again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Still locked, no message<\/strong> \u2014 you haven’t signed in on this browser yet. Click Unlock with SubscribeStar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Good to know<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            You never need to clear your browser cache manually \u2014 Refresh<\/strong> takes care of that for this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Refresh does not sign you in.<\/strong> It only redraws the page. If you’ve never clicked Unlock with SubscribeStar<\/strong> in this browser, do that first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            After you upgrade your tier, click Unlock with SubscribeStar<\/strong> once more \u2014 Refresh alone shows the last known result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If you switch to another browser or device, or use private\/incognito mode, click Unlock with SubscribeStar<\/strong> again there.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
